About Our Newtown Child Care Center
Our Newtown child care center features 12 thoughtfully designed classrooms serving infants through preschool-aged children, creating age-appropriate spaces where every child can learn, grow, and thrive. Children will also enjoy two playgrounds designed for different stages of play and development, along with a large indoor gym and climbing wall.
Children at Bright Years Academy experience joyful, play-based learning guided by our Bright Minds Early Education Framework, designed to support social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development while building confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

How much do Bright Years Academy’s Newtown child care programs cost?
Tuition for our preschool and daycare programs in Newtown is determined by your child’s age and their weekly attendance schedule. To accommodate the diverse needs of our families, Bright Years Academy provides flexible billing through credit card payments and ACH direct withdrawals.

What’s the best age for a child to start daycare at Bright Years Academy?
Determining the ideal age for a child to begin childcare is a personal decision for every family. At Bright Years Academy in Newtown, we provide care for children ranging from 6 weeks to 5 years old. Some families find that enrolling infants between 6 and 12 weeks helps establish a consistent routine early on. Alternatively, many parents choose to start around 12 to 18 months, a stage where toddlers can significantly benefit from more frequent social interaction. My daughter has attended our center for the last two years and they have truly been amazing! All of the teachers and staff are so helpful and attentive! They are so good with the children and make them feel so welcome! The transition when my daughter first started was extremely tough, but everyone was so caring and helped her adjust.
